Heather’s Rates
Private Pay Rates:
Hourly Rate – $125
Initial Intakes – $150
Accepted Insurances:
BCBS, Aetna, Optum (UHC & UMR), Ambetter, Verity HealthNet/LSU First, Medicare Part B, and Medicaid (Aetna Better Health, Healthy Blue, & LHCC)
Payment Options:
A debit or credit card, including HSA or FSA, must be kept on file and will be charged automatically after each session.
$40 per session or
$400 for all 10 weeks

The cost of these assessments is similar to the combined ADHD & Autism evaluations, but varies depending on how many conditions you’d like to be evaluated for, and how many sessions it will take. The details will be reviewed with you during your consultation.

The full cost of the assessment is due prior to the delivery of services. You can pay via debit/credit card, HSA/FSA card, Apple Pay/Google Pay, Cash App Pay, or Zelle.

Rate Transparency & Additional Info
Individual Therapy: Hourly sessions last 53 minutes to leave space for documentation and transition between clients.
Group Therapy: Sliding scale fees are available, with priority given to Black and Indigenous individuals and uninsured low-income individuals who face additional barriers to accessing care.
Assessments: *Please note: Autism assessments are not covered by insurance and are self-pay only. For ADHD and differential diagnostic assessments, please inquire to determine if they are covered by your insurance.*
Out of Network Coverage: If your insurance is not currently contracted with us, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
