Testimonials from past members:
“Participating in this group was a profoundly beneficial experience for me. Being in a group of others who similarly navigate a world that was not designed for them really helped me to see myself with more understanding and compassion. Aside from feeling beautifully seen, the skills, tools, and resources we discussed and practiced throughout this program are now, and will be for the rest of my life, foundational to my mental health and my ability to live a life with ease.”
“This group taught me so much about my autistic self and meeting all of these very different people and discovering how much we have in common was a joy. After the last session I answered a short prompt in my journal that asked “What did you learn today?” And I wrote, “I’m not too weird if I’m with the right people”.”
“This group was the perfect space to practice being my authentic self without fear of judgment. Being seen, encouraged and accepted by folks who know exactly how I feel is an experience that I will never forget.”
“This group really helped me feel secure in myself as an autistic person. I’m more confident and secure in my needs. It helped me to feel less alone in my struggles.”
